Facility

The facility has 22 stalls, 4 wash stalls, 5 barns, 11 irrigated grass pastures, indoor arena, outdoor arena, therapy room, and much more. The property is completely fenced, with gated entrance, and closed circuit monitoring systems. The owner lives on the property, and we are able to offer 24 hour care for your horse.

The indoor and outdoor arena’s both feature GGT (German Geo Textile) footing, automated irrigation systems, closed circuit monitoring systems, and lights. The indoor has a sound system, and attached heated viewing room.

The barns all have large matted stalls, some with padded walls, comfort SoftStall mat floors, automatic watering systems, fire sprinkler systems, and wash stalls. All have closed circuit monitoring systems, automatic fly systems, fans, heated tack rooms and grain rooms.

The therapy room was built specifically to house the Aqua Trainer and Solarium. It is a large bright open area that is perfect for working horses in the underwater treadmill, and administering other therapies. The room is heated for winter use.

There are 11 grass paddocks, with automated irrigation systems. PVC fencing is used throughout.

There are 2 small barns with small attached medical paddocks. These are ideal for horses recovering from surgery or a medical procedure. The small attached paddocks allow the horse to move around all day without running. They are also useful for horses that aren’t quite ready for larger turnout. One of the barns has attached covered porches, great for horses transitioning from stall rest. The porches allow them to move in and out of their stalls, and be outside with limited movement.
